RESPONISIBILITIES

• Proactively conducts root cause analysis to identify and understand underlying problems and present potential solutions
• Cooperation with the software development team (reporting found bugs, etc.)
• Supporting product manager and business analysts with development create input descriptions
• Final software quality verification before sending this to real users
• Being the software internal main-user who has the best understanding what real users need and how software functionalities work
• Become expert in insurance industry

REQUIREMENTS

• Detail oriented
• Patient and organized
• Punctual and accurate
• Knowledge of very good written and spoken English
• The ability to express one's opinion
• Strong analytical thinking
• Experience in the insurance industry as an agent, broker, back-office expert
• Experience with insurance software
• Experience in software testing
